If we cancel your order and have already process your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agreed that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instruction to verify receipt of any refund.

Free delivery for local purchases, or international for goods max $100.

If you purchase goods from us to a destination outside of Canada your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying such duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.

You are require to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Refunds

Refund of Goods

Refund request must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.

We accept refund request for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

The product was damage upon arrival; and

The customer bought the wrong item.

Refund do not apply to the following goods:

Lingerie;

For hygienic purposes, all under garments and shape-wear are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Disputes of Resolution

Subject to exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and Noire Moon are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and Noire Moon agree to submit the issue before an arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and bidding. Any arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Noire Moon. The cost of any arbitrator will be shared equally between you and Noire Moon.

Notwithstanding any other provisions in these Terms and Conditions, you and Noire Moon agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set fourth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable law, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Return and Exchange seamless extension

Return & Exchange

Noire Moon strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days after delivery and in new, unused condition with original packaging.
You must "Contact Us" customer center prior to return/exchange products to us. We will not process your refund or exchange request without early notification.
Please refer to Return & Exchange for the terms as following:

1. Order Cancellation
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at customer center immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 30% cancellation fee of total order amount because we have already stocked up for the customer and incurred a charge. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

2. Exchange
We will accept exchanges for a wrong style, size or color. Because of high cost in international shipping, we will ship the correct one in your next order shipment.We will allow a return for an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its label, tags and original packaging. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend the exchange will be covered fully by the customer.

Please contact our customer support before sending the products back.

3. Refund

If you are not satisfied with our products , you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items.As you know, it will be high tax to import the textile from other country to China. After we Clear Customs, we will show you the Customs tax cost to pay.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account that you used to pay for the order. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take up to 14 business days to show up on your account. Please be noted that the original shipping fee and insurance fee are non-refundable.

Please note: If you are not satisfied with our product,you need to send us the picture of the product you received and the product label. We need to confirm whether the product you received is placed from our website or not,and to confirm which product you are not satisfied with.

If you do not send the pictures to us,we can not continue to process your problem. Thanks for your kindly understanding and cooperation

4. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.

5.Returns will not be accepted without you having previously contacted our customer service team.Please do not return your parcel to the address on the shipping label as that is our shipping agent and we will not receive it.
