1. We ship all over the world. Just buy and enjoy our great service, we ship direct to your door.
2. Receiving time =Processing time+Shipping time.
Our processing time is 4-10 business days after your payment has been processed, a tracking number (if applicable) will be provided to you after that.
3.Shipping time: Flat Rate Shipping takes about 7 to 25 business days to reach destination countries in the world. However, regional variations apply which are out of our control so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.
a). For USA, Canada, Australia customers, it takes about 7 to 14 business days.
b). For United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, it may take 7 to 25 business days.
c). For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 30 business days.
d). For other countries, it may take 15 to 25 business days.
4.Shipping time: For Standard Rate Shipping, it usually takes 6 -10 business days to most destination countries in the world. The tracking number will usually be trackable on the respective courier website 1 to 2 days after we have shipped the goods. Occasionally, there may be a slight delay before the package(s) become trackable while they are logged by the respective shipping company. This is outside our control so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.
5. Shipping time: For Expedited Rate Shipping, we ship by DHL, Fedex or other expedited shipping depending on your location; shipping time is 3 - 7 business days.
6.Shipping fees depend on the weight of your items along with the destination. We charge very low shipping fees for our customers to save you even more money.

Tips for shipping:
1) For delivering successfully, we suggest you leave correct email address, shipping address and mobile number during checkout process.
2) Unsuccessful delivery because of package refused by addressee; incorrect / illegible / incomplete address; expired retention period; addressee absence cannot be compensated.
3) PO Box is not accepted if you choose express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by Noiremoon.ca.
4)We apologize that military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) cannot be delivered.

What is item processing time ?
After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product's quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times. Generally, the average processing time is 5 business days (approximately); however, this is dependent on the item's stock status. For small quantity orders, the processing time is 4-5 business days while large quantities can take approximately 4-10 business days to process.
1. Due to customs clearance times getting longer, Standard Rate Shipping and Hong Kong Post times have been affected.
2. Annual Chinese Public Holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. There is often a delay of 3-4 days and sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient.

A、log in your Noire Moon Acount by the link, Click My acount--“My Order,” and you will see your orders and their current status:
2、If the order status is Paid, it means that you have paid for it but it has not been shipped out. We need 4-10 working days to prepare your order after we received your payment. When we ship your order, we will send an email to inform you. Please please wait patiently.
3、If the order status is "Shipped"，it means that your order has been shipped out. You can click Order details to check your order tracking number. And you can use to check your order shipping information.

And please note that: (1)USPS tracking number need some time to update shipping information. When the package is arrived to the local post office ,you can use this USPS tracking number to check it.
If you find that USPS tracking number is not work, please don't worry and contact us.
(2) Your order was just shipped out, it need 3-7 days to updated the shipping information.
(3) Some tracking number usually updated once the order arrives in some important logistics stations.

The address on the package is not our return address. If you return the item to the address on the package, we can not receive the item you sent back.
